Thanks so much if you joined for the first FREE Live Stretch Class! I couldn’t quite see who joined – I’m not too clued up on Patreon’s tech just yet!
I might try to use Zoom for the next session. It will still be posted through Patreon – I believe I can link the two platforms. I have a month to figure it out! Keep an eye out for the next session in October.
In the meantime, I’m posting archived videos weekly on Monday and Thursday. Videos are available through a monthly subscription or can be purchased separately.
